Recorded August 19, 2020. Real Sankara Hours begins with some sad news. Peter's father died of COVID-19 recently. Peter lays out his feelings, pays tribute to his father, and how his death ties into broader systemic injustices that we talk about on the podcast. Adam talks about the ongoing California wildfires and how Kamala Harris fought to keep cheap prison labor as California Attorney General (despite legal demands to reduce the prison population).
