Saturday May 29, 2021

RSH 87 -- Ain't Shit Changed (4.28.2021)
Thursday Apr 29, 2021
Thursday Apr 29, 2021
Recorded April 27, 2021. Adam and Peter are back. First, they begin the episode discussing how Blaise Compaore will be tried in absentia for assassinating Thomas Sankara. They also talk about the recent police killings of Ma'khia Bryant, Adam Toledo, and Daunte Wright. After that, they weigh in on the ongoing debate about police abolition versus community control over policing. They explain how the community control over policing proposal by Pan-African Community Action has been mischaracterized; it's not narrow oversight but, rather, self-determination for community needs, empowering Black communities so they don't need police.
